Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds Customers may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify, the item or service must meet the conditions listed below and include proof of purchase.

Refundable Items

  • Physical products that are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • Digital products that have not been downloaded, accessed, or used

  • Services that have not yet been rendered or are still within the refundable portion of a service agreement

Non‑Refundable Items

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Services already completed or delivered

Return Process

  • Submit a refund request through our support team with your order number and reason for return

  • Once approved, physical items must be shipped back within 14 days

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.

  • Refund Method Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

  • Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund after the processing window, contact your bank or card issuer. If issues persist, reach out to our support team for assistance.
