Delays & Carrier Issues  


We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery timelines are solely managed by the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses  


Please double‑check your shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages  


We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
